The amount of care and total attention from office to caregivers has been wonderful. We are using the caregivers for the evening time hours. They help my mother with her night time routine and getting ready for bed. They are very prompt and are always pleasant and happy to be there. We have been there several times while the caregiver has been there- they are always expressing their willingness to help in any way with my mother. The administrative staff has been very helpful with my recent request to decrease the hours that we will use the caregivers. They have called and kept me updated on what the status is of the change.
